New Clients

In order to claim through your health fund, new clients are required to have an initial assessment. During this session, a physiotherapist will discuss any injuries you may have and assess your posture and range of movement. They will also work with you to develop your fitness and rehabilitation goals and advise which type of class is more appropriate to help you achieve your goals.

Please call 9645 2183 to make your first appointment.

Please note all new clients must have an initial assessment before joining a class to be able to claim through their health fund.

Clinical Pilates

During your clinical pilates session your instructor will guide you through a personalised approach to rehabilitation, exercise and core strength, tailored to your specific needs. We use specific floor based exercise as well as spring loaded equipment such as the reformer and trapeze to help you achieve your goals and aim to keep each session fresh and challenging. We have a maximum of 4 people in each class, allowing for specific guidance and feedback.

Please call 9645 2183 to book your clinical pilates class.
